REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS

The owner of this registration form on the emya2022.publicon.ee website (hereinafter: registration form) is Publicon OU (business registry number 11077247) located at Kastani 42, Tartu, Estonia. Publicon OU acts as the Secretariat of EMYA 2022.

Information about sales, items, and prices
The terms and conditions apply when registering your participation in the online form on this website. All registration options are listed together with the prices. Information about the items is presented in the registration form and on the other web pages. 

Publicon OU is responsible for processing your personal data. Publicon OU shares the personal data necessary for making credit card payments with Maksekeskus AS, who is authorised to have access to this information.

All registration has to be made via the online registration form.
Payments can be made:
- via bank transfer after receiving the invoice -  any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the conference participants;
- by credit card, available for Visa and Mastercard users (there is no additional fee); all payments via credit card are processed by Maksekeskus AS;
- or an Estonian direct bank link (bank charges may apply based on the service provider) via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay (all payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS).

The payment deadline is 10 days from submitting the registration form, the dates are also marked on the invoice.

Payment providers via Maksekeskus AS in different countries are:
- Estonia (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank)
- Latvia (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor)
- Lithuania (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor)
- Finland (Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki)
- All other countries have the possibility to pay by credit card

Registration process
Registration for the events of the EMYA 2022 conference is subject to a fee. Please fill in all compulsory fields and make the selections about your participation. At the end of the form, you will see the total sum of your selections. You can then preview your registration form and then submit it. You will get the invoice via e-mail within an hour after registration. We can only accept euro payments.

The registration is confirmed when the payment has been received. The fees are to be paid in advance, payment options will become available after successful online registration.

Delivery
After filling in the registration form, an automatically generated confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address inserted in the form free of charge. The e-mail contains a PDF link with the registration data which can be downloaded and serves as written confirmation. The invoice will be sent after a successful registration. 

If you notice a mistake in your registration data, please contact the Secretariat at your earliest convenience. If you need some information on the invoice to be changed (e.g. some items to be added, a VAT number to be added, the payment deadline extended), please contact the secretariat. Cancellation policy

Cancelling before March 1st, 2022 –  we will refund 40% of the registration fee.

Cancelling after March 1st, 2022 – no refunds are made.

All refunds are processed no later than 2 months after requesting the refund.
Please submit your cancellation to the Secretariat in writing via e-mail: emya2022@publicon.ee. Cancellation requests must contain the following information:

Name changes are free of charge. 

 

In the case of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, epidemics, etc.) or any other major events that are beyond the control of the party in question such as governmental or other restrictions, Publicon OU shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations. Publicon OÜ and the organising committee reserve the right to cancel or postpone the conference, which will bring about a revision of the registration terms&conditions and cancellation terms. The organisers reserve the right not to refund participation fees in full in order to cover organising costs, the proportion of the refund (if at all) will be deliberated by the organisers based on the force majeure situation. All registrants will be notified about updates via e-mail after such decisions have been made by the organising committee. The organisers will not be liable for any costs or damage that might befall the participant in relation to the event being cancelled or postponed or taking place in a decreased capacity.

Processing personal data
The Secretariat will process the personal data (such as the name, phone number, address, e-mail address) inserted into the registration form only in relation to the registration to this conference.

We recommend taking out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for your registration fee, hotel, and airline booking. This is often included with credit card transactions, but check your own policy for details. Please also ensure that you have appropriate health insurance coverage. Please check beforehand if you need a visa for the country where the event is held and inform yourself about the visa application procedures and the time needed for processing a visa application.
